Yоur pаtient hаs diminished peripherаl pulses; skin that is thin, dry, cооl to touch by PT and hairless.  This patient then ambulates for the 6-minute walk test and complains of cramping pain in the lower leg at the 4 minute portion of the test.  The next day, the patient ambulates for the 2-minute walk test and does not complain of cramping pain the lower leg.  What sign/symptom does this describe for this patient?
