The WHNP is seeing а 32-yeаr-оld G2P1 pregnаnt wоman fоr a prenatal visit. On review of her prenatal labs, her blood type is A-negative and her antibody screen for rhesus factor (Rh) is positive with a titer of 1:16. Her past obstetric history is significant for an uncomplicated spontaneous vaginal delivery of a term infant 2 years ago in South America. She recalls getting one dose of RhoGAM mid-pregnancy but not at delivery. The blood type of the father of the baby is A-positive, and the first child’s blood type is also A-positive. The WHNP advises the patient that she has been alloimmunized to fetal [answer6] antigen and that the fetus is at risk for [answer1] if the blood type of the fetus is confirmed to be Rh-positive. This myocardial infarction is likely the result of atherosclerosis, which involves thickening and hardening of the vessel wall due to accumulation of [answer3] which led to the [answer4] formation. Once at the hospital, Martha has percutaneous intervention, which stops the infarction process, however now she is at risk for [answer5] injury. This increases her risk for [answer2].
