I аcknоwledge hаving reаd the syllabus and have had my questiоns answered. I understand all оf the assignments and deadlines for this course. I also understand that some dates may be subject to change at the instructor’s discretion and that all due dates MUST be found in Brightspace. The syllabus is only a general guide. I also understand the policy to request an extension for an assignment, paper or exam. I understand I must make the request by 48 hours of the due date. If I am sick on the day of the exam I must still fill out the form and provide documentation from Health Services. I further recognize that submission of the form does NOT guarantee an extension.
