I understand that my entire face, from the shoulders up, must be in view of the camera. Only my forehead may be out of the camera if it's necessary to display notes. I understand that I must have handwritten notes when taking this exam, and without the required notes, I will lose up to 30 points. I understand that if I choose not to use study notes, I must prepare a single page with the word "NOTES" written on it to comply with this guideline. If I haven't already, I can quickly get a sheet of paper to comply with this rule now. I understand I cannot use any other resources (notes, devices, etc.) besides these handwritten notes. I understand that I must keep my notes clearly visible to the camera at all times during the exam. This can be achieved by stacking books in front of my computer to hold the notes and/or by adjusting the camera angle accordingly. I understand that it should be clear throughout the exam that I am not using any other notes/devices--my eyes must be on the screen or clearly on the required handwritten notes only. I understand that breaking exam guidelines may result in a zero or significant point deductions. To receive credit for this exam, I agree that I understand and will follow these guidelines.
