Hаrоld оwned а hоuse on а corner lot on a nice street where people walked their dogs frequently.  Harold was growing more and more upset about people who did not pick up after their dogs.  One day, Harold was watching out the window when Shaun walked by with his dog.  Shaun let his dog do his business on Harold’s lawn and then continued walking without picking up the poop.  Harold quickly opened the window, and yelled at the top of his lungs, “You better pick up that poop or I am going to come out there and hit you in the head with a shovel!”  Shaun was startled but kept walking. Harold rushed out of the house and grabbed a snow shovel that he kept beside the door.  He walked quickly towards Shaun.  Shaun turned to face Harold, but kept walking, trying to remove himself from the scene.  Shaun stepped off of the sidewalk and into the roadway, with his attention still on Harold, who was still pursuing Shaun with the shovel in his hands. Janice was sitting on her front porch a few houses down the road.  As soon as she saw Shaun step into the road, she stood up and called to him, yelling, “Come up here!  You’ll be safe with me!”  Shaun heard Janice yelling and gratefully turned to walk up onto her front porch.  As soon as Shaun walked up onto the front porch, Janice grabbed his arm and pulled him into her house.  Janice quickly bolted the door shut behind them, and removed the key from the deadbolt, placing the key in her pocket.  The door would not open without the key.  Shaun exclaimed, “What are you doing?!  I don’t want to be in your house, lady!” but Janice just smiled. Shaun had inadvertently dropped his dog’s leash while Janice was pulling him into her house.  Harold saw the dog, now alone on the sidewalk in front of Janice’s home, and he quickly walked up to the dog and gave it a hard kick.  The dog yelped in pain, and Harold turned and went back to his front lawn. Both Shaun and Janice heard the dog yelping from inside Janice’s home.  Janice quickly unlocked the door and they both ran out of the house.  Without warning, Shaun was hit in the face by a flying dog poop.  Harold had gone back to his front lawn, scooped the poop with his shovel, and flung it at Shaun.  Janice shrieked, pulled a gun out of a hidden holster, and shot Harold.
