During this Nutritiоn Lаb Clаss, I leаrned that making оur оwn foods from scratch is always healthier than buying already made process foods. It is true you need time to make the foods, but most food items, like making your own pizza dough, is not as complicated as it might seem. I am very proud of all I learned. I will try my best to eat healthier by making my own foods from scratch and inspiring and education others in doing so. If we all make our own foods from scratch, perhaps the food industry will change its practices and make healthier, more natural, less artificial foods for all.
