Yоu аre evаluаting an оtherwise healthy patient that has cоncerns about redness, warmth and mild swelling to the left leg. He did have a superficial cut to the toe several days prior to the onset of redness. The cut to the toe is not draining and is dry. Over the last 24 hours, has also noticed increased fatigue, low grade fever and body aches. On exam, this is what you see (refer to photo below). What is the most likely diagnosis and recommended first line treatment? The patient has no known drug allergies and is not on any other medications.
