Exceptions will be communicated in the course. • In other words, if the instructor does not specifically say “open notes” then the test is not open notes.• Entire workspace, the test taker, both hands, all scratch paper, and calculator must be visible in the test video for the entirety of the video. • The proctorio video must capture the beginning through the submission of the test. • There will NEVER be an occasion where online math answer sites are acceptable to use during a test or the course in general. This includes mathway, photomath, chegg, slader, wolfram….etc. Use of such materials will result in the test grade being disqualified. • Assistance from anyone other than the instructor is not permitted during tests.  Signed,______________________
