Whаt is the mоst impоrtаnt fаctоr in renal calculus formation?

A respоnse оf YES is required tо be verified. I confirm аnd stаte thаt I have read and accept the Snead Policy on Generative AI Use: USE OF GENERATIVE AI POLICY SNEAD STATE If it is determined that a paper has been constructed through the use of generative AI, such as “ChatGPT, OpenAI, etc.”, the following steps may be taken at the discretion of the instructor. First Offense – Verbal warning and a grade of zero for the assignment, project, or examination. The instructor may or may not allow an opportunity for a resubmission for partial credit, at his or her discretion. Second Offense – A grade of “F” may be assigned for the course at the discretion of the instructor.  Zero given on the assignment with no chance of resubmission. Division Director informed. A second offense may only occur after the student has been verbally warned for a first offense.  Student Due Process: Appeals Procedure Students may appeal the zero grade for use of AI to the division director.  To initiate this, the student must simply contact the division director and request an appeal for the grade.  Instructor must submit the following to the division director: Original submission with AI use report All written assignments for the student from the duration of the semester, including but not limited to discussion boards, essays, short writing assignments, projects, etc. Division director will then compare the suspected AI generated content with student’s previous writing submissions.  After completion of this, submission and writing will be passed off to another faculty member for the same review.  If at this point, it is determined still that the student used AI generated content, a grade of zero will be awarded for the assignment, with no chance of revision or resubmission. If it is determined to be original, non AI generated work, student will receive the grade his or her assignment warrants.  If an assignment is determined to have been AI generated, the instructor may at his or her discretion, review previous submissions from the student for AI content, and if AI content is found in previous submissions, original grades for the assignments may be overridden. NOTE: Using programs such as Grammarly for paper revisions can be flagged for AI usage, so these are prohibited.
