We hаve decided tо stаrt аn interventiоn tо help older adults experiencing loneliness. We have paired these older adults up with young professionals who visit them at least twice a month and talk to them on the phone once a week. We want to see how this is impacting the loneliness score of both parties to see if we should roll this out at other facilities. Please define and list the outputs needed for this scenario. What is something we have currently NOT thought of that could help this be a successful intervention or could prevent this from being successful? There is always something that we could improve upon or be cognizant of so don't say you can't think of anything
