He actually gave the police the name of a store one block away so the police were watching the wrong store. Mike and Steve armed themselves with handguns and drove to a store on Hill Street. They both went into the store, drew their guns, and demanded that Wendy, an employee, give them the store’s money. After Wendy handed Mike the money, Axl, the store’s Assistant Manager charged Mike with a crow bar. Mike panicked and accidentally pulled the trigger, and the bullet hit Mike in the arm and then hit and killed Stanley, a store customer. Mike only had superficial wounds. Wendy then got a revolver from under the counter and shot Steve, severely injuring him. Steve is in intensive care and may die. What crimes, if any, can Mike, Steve, and John be charged with?
