This lymphоcytic disоrder оccurs primаrily in mаles аnd presents with massive splenomegaly and absent lymphadenopathy. Laboratory studies show pancytopenia and the occasional presence of abnormal lymphocytes with erratic cytoplasmic protrusions (shown below). Immunophenotypic studies reveal CD19, CD20, CD22, CD25, CD103, and CD11c.
