All students аre expected tо аct with civility, persоnаl integrity, respect оther student’s dignity, rights and property, and help create and maintain an environment in which all can succeed through the fruits of their own efforts.  An environment of academic integrity is requisite to respect for self and others and a civil community.  Academic integrity includes a commitment to not engage in or tolerate acts of falsification, misrepresentation or deception, such acts of dishonesty include, cheating or copying, plagiarizing, submitting another person’s work as one’s own, using internet sources without citation, fabricating field data or citations, "Ghosting" (taking or having another student take an exam), stealing examinations, tampering with the academic work of another student, facilitating other students acts of academic dishonesty, etc.  Failure to comply may lead to disciplinary actions as well as negatively affect your grades. Students repeating courses are expected to submit new and original work for each assignment. While you may draw upon knowledge or skills gained in prior attempts, all submitted work must reflect significant progress and growth. The goal is to challenge yourself, extend your learning, and demonstrate further development in both depth and quality. Past submissions are not to be reused; instead, focus on producing work that showcases how much you've advanced since your last attempt. At minimum, the consequences may include, but are not limited to: Receiving a zero on the assignment for all parties involved. Having to redo the assignment. Meeting with the Dean for further consequences.

Shоw аll оf yоur work to the proctor. Do this by holding up eаch piece of pаper in front of your camera, that you intend to upload in Canvas after the exam. I use this part of the video if there is a discrepancy between the answer typed into the test and the written work uploaded after the test. Within 30 minutes after completing the exam, scan or take a picture of each paper containing relevant work and upload each under the appropriate test to the Canvas drop box attached to the study guide.  You do not need to upload your study notes. By uploading your work, I am able to give partial credit on missed problems.  Some problems may require work to be shown for any credit. If there is a discrepancy between the answer typed into the test and the written uploaded work, I will go with the typed answer.
