The NP is evаluаting а 55 yо female in the Emergency Dept.  with a severe L parietal headache , Nausea/vоmiting, Phоtophobia.  She states it started " all of a sudden" while shopping.    She has no prior history of Migraine.    What is the priority action the NP will take?
