He wants state workers to go back to work in the office, in person, and he does not care about parents and rising day care costs; the money parents are saving was going to 457 plans for their children's college. Now it is going to day care because parents have to go back to work. So community college should be free. Another reason it should remain free for recent high school graduates is it will save California families money. In conclusion, California community college should be free.
