Police also state possible overdose do to paraphernalia around patient.The AEMT is partnered with an EMT, and a BLS engine company is responding. Transport distances: 12 minutes to nearest hospital, 18 minutes to comprehensive medical center.  Phase:  TransportAfter initial treatment patient becomes alert and breathing effort is normalized and is loaded on to ambulance for transport.
