Others were based in the offices where they monitored the program using scorecards, collecting data to measure progress and how the program was being implemented. They produced program documents, statistics, updates and educational materials.By the end of the second year of the project, abortions were reduced by 30%, teenage pregnancy by 51%, gender-based violence and substance use were less by 52%. However, there was no change in sexually transmitted infections. This had been established by a process evaluation that was commissioned by stakeholders.
