Wind Generаtоr Lоcаtiоn: Five different locаtions are being considered for locating a set of horizontal axis wind generators. These turbines have a cut in speed of 6 m/s and a cut out speed of 27 m/s, so the investigators are looking for a location that will make the best use of the turbines. In general, higher wind speeds (below 27 m/s) will result in more electricity production, so they would like a comparison of the wind measurement speeds that have been observed in their exploration in order to help make a proper decision. Help the investigators understand this data by conducting an analysis. Be sure to include an overview of the problem, a structured analysis of the problem with a formal write-up of your results (in addition to software output), and an interpretation of the results.
