If you have special requests or require individual assistance, you can mention that as well. You can also share your feelings about this course or whatever. Be sure to put your name on the top.  DO NOT TYPE. Use your own handwriting.  Now, use an app (e.g. Genius Scan, CamScanner) or a home printer/scanner to create a PDF file. Then, submit it under the assignment "SYW for Activity 1." DO NOT send photo files. For real exams, even if you have multiple pages, create just ONE multi-page PDF file for submission.
