One Sаturdаy night, Kаrissa, Ryan, Sadie, and Jоsh, all 22 years оld,  decide tо go out and have some fun.  The four friends go to many different bars and dance and drink for most of the night.  By 1:00 am, all four of them are drunk.  Ryan feels like he is the least drunk, and offers to drive the four of them home, even though it is Karissa’s car.  So the four friends pile into Karissa’s car, with Ryan behind the wheel.   Because all four are drunk, they don’t notice that Ryan’s driving is horrible.   Unfortunately, Ryan is unable to maintain control of the vehicle, and it veers off the highway and smashes into a tree.  Sadie is killed instantly.  Ryan, Karissa and Josh all suffer injuries, but are all ok.  In connection with Sadie’s death, Ryan will most likely be charged with:
