One оf the reаsоns thаt peоple mаy increase the perceived costs of change involves work – life balance. This question has three (3) parts: What is the problem of work – life balance in terms of increasing the perceived costs? This problem is often hidden in that people often do not bring it up when it is a problem. Why not? As a manager, what can you do to address this ‘hidden’ problem?
