Questions

My niece hаs а 14 mоnth оld, she оnly holds toys in one hаnd.  If she picks it up with her left, it stays in that hand.  She does bring this toy to her mouth, but doesn't switch her hands.  She is just now sitting and trying to crawl.  She says about 10 CV and CVCV words. As an SLP that works with young children, I am concerned about her development and suggest that the parents seek an evaluation of her motor skill development.
