Mark and Justin, college roommates, decide to blow off some…

Mаrk аnd Justin, cоllege rооmmаtes, decide to blow off some steam after midterms, and go to the local bar where most of the students at SFA congregate.  After drinking a couple beers each, Justin begins telling Mark that he thinks Mark's girlfriend is cheating on him. Mark, becoming upset, tells Justin that his girlfriend is not a skank, and that Justin needs to shut the hell up. Justin insists that he is just trying to be a good friend, and that Mark is being naive and needs to open his eyes. The conversation goes down hill from there, to the point where both young men are screaming at each other. Becoming more and more upset, and desperate to have Justin shut up, Mark grabs a full bottle of vodka from behind the bar, and smashes it over Justin's head.  Justin is violently knocked off of his bar still and falls to the floor, unconscious.  Justin suffered a concussion, had 4 teeth knocked out, had a cut on his face that required 15 stiches, and lost hearing in his left ear temporarily.  Mark will most likely be charged with
