In а reаl-wоrld tech cаreer, prоfessiоnals are expected to submit project proposals. If approved, they are responsible for executing the work and successfully delivering the final output. This course is directly aligned with that process, helping you apply your current skills and abilities in a practical, outcome-driven way—especially in the context of designing programming languages. Please respond to the following:1.Develop a unique and creative project title that aligns with the themes of this course.2.Identify four problems your project addresses—one general, one with technical depth, one related to broader community impact, and one user-focused. Explain why these issues are significant.3.What tools, frameworks, or methodologies will you use to solve these problems?4.Write down the algorithm, or flowchart, or code concept you plan to use, and describe the expected outcomes.Rubric: Responses will be evaluated based on the creativity of the project title, clarity in identifying four distinct problems, appropriate use of tools and methods, and explanation of the algorithm or code concept with expected outcomes. An excellent response demonstrates originality, depth, and clear technical understanding; a good response shows solid effort with minor gaps; fair responses lack detail or clarity in one or more areas; and poor responses are incomplete, unclear, or missing key components.
