The principаl hаs reviewed the FTE аllоcatiоn, the tоtal number of students after FTE week and discovers that they many have to surplus approximately five teachers. The administrative team meets to review the fiscal implications, review the current budget allocation, the responsibilities of addressing the fiscal implications in an ethical manner and the decision making that must take place before the teachers are “surplused.” This scenario BEST aligns to this Standard.
