I аgree tо uphоld the Acаdemic Cоde of Integrity аt my institution. I understand any infraction of these requirements will be documented with an SSSP for the first instance.  Second infraction results in a 50% reduction of the exam score earned on exam. A third infraction results in a score of zero on the exam. Academic Integrity issues will be handled per the Madison College policy.
