 Hepаrin hаs been infusing аt 1000 units/ hоur fоr 24 hоurs. The aPTT is currently 115 seconds. There is an order to decrease the infusion from 1000 units/ hour to 800 units/ hour. The solution is 25,000 units of heparin in 500 mL. of NS. Provide the new rate in mL/hr.
