Results are: Na             139 mMol/L (nl range 135-144) K                2.6 mMol/L (3.5-4.8) Cl               98 mMol/L (97-106)  Scr             0.9 mg/dL  (0.6-1.1 mg/dL) Mg             2.0 mMol/L (1.7-2.3) He does not have acidosis, and his phosphate levels are normal.  Which one of the following would be the BEST plan for GD?
