Federаlism: Differences аcrоss оur Stаtes Acrоss the various states with the U.S., we can see remarkable level of policy and political differences that many other countries would not permit. In this essay, explain why and how our system of federalism permits such glaring differences in policies and political practices between the states. Be sure to discuss the U.S. Constitution principles raised in our text that permit such differences and also how differences reflect the different political nature of the states. Why is it important or advantageous to our political system to have differences in state policies? What sorts of differences are harder to justify and can be strongly objected to? Conclude by arguing whether such differences strengthen or weaken our U.S. democracy. Put the phrase "the states heard their call" at the end of the first paragraph.
