Fаculty Must Verify Student Pаrticipаtiоn: Cоllege pоlicy states that faculty must verify whether students begin participating in their course. Students who have not established attendance/participation by the first class meeting after drop/add has ended will be dropped from the class. For my courses, students will be dropped if the Honorlock Syllabus Test and the Turnitin Check are not completed by the date and time specified in the syllabus. If dropped for lack of attendance/participation, the student does not have the right to be readmitted to the class. When communicating with my professors, I must use college-level writing skills and identify which section I am registered in. The section number is the digit (s) following the hyphen: MUL 1010-1 or MUL 1010-13. Outside of the Canvas Inbox, the official HC email account must be used when communicating with professors. I also know I should check my Canvas InBox and Canvas Announcements regularly.
