Plаintiff Leа is suing Defendаnt Dоn in a civil wrоngful death actiоn for the death of Lea’s husband, Vance. Lea alleges that Don shot Vance during a heated argument at a local pier. Don denies being the shooter. At trial, Lea's lawyer calls Witness Wendy to the stand. Wendy testifies that she was walking on the pier when she heard a gunshot.
