Be sure yоur cаmerа is shоwing yоur entire work spаce during the duration of your exam as well as your entire face. That is, do not turn the camera down to show your desk but cut off your eyes/face. Also remember that your notecard must be a small 3'' by 5'' hand-written notecard to be able to use it on the exam. Smaller is fine, but no larger than 3'' by 5''. Be sure your room scan showed your entire work area, walls around your screen, floor area, any any other part of your workspace that might be questioned upon viewing your recording. Remember, both video and audio is being recorded. You are to be alone while testing and have minimal extraneous noises around you.
