Cоnsumers fill mаny rоles in their lives, аnd these rоles constаntly change. As we learned in class and readings, people move from one role to another in 3 phases: separation, transition, and incorporation. During each of these stages, consumers acquire and use different products to denote change. In particular, we generally observe that many consumers use symbols and rituals or rites of passages when transitioning to new roles. Give an example of a friend/relative/or even yourself transitioning into a new role and describe symbols, rituals, or rites of passage that demonstrate this transition to others.
