Welcоme tо the HIST2003 Midterm Exаm! As а reminder, this is а clоsed-book exam, which you will have one hour and twenty-five minutes to complete. This exam is administered via Honorlock, meaning that you will need to be in a closed, private space with your web camera on. Once you start this exam, you will not be able to exit without submitting. This exam contains two main sections, covering content from Units 1 through 7: (1) The first is a multiple-choice section composed of 16 multiple-choice and true/false questions, all of which you are required to answer. This section is worth 40% of your exam grade. (2) The second section is a short answer and definitions section. Here you will be given 10 questions, from which you will choose any 6 to answer. This section is worth 60% of your exam grade. (Bonus) Once you reach the end of the exam, you will have the opportunity to answer a bonus written-response question, worth up to an additional 3% towards your exam grade.
