Jane Doe is a paralegal.  She works for Laura Woodson, an arrogant, narcissistic attorney that is embarrassed to be in business herself and who has always dreamed of being a “power player” in the Beverly Hills legal community.  If Laura names her firm “Laura Woodson and Associates,” Laura has committed an ethical violation.
