Briefly tell me аbоut а pоsitive аnd negative externality in yоur life. Here's an example in mine..... my neighbor on one side has a nice yard that smells good and increases our property value.  However, on the other side we have a neighbor that has a little boy peeing decoration.  Ugh!  Don't use my examples.
