The Midterm Exam is a 50-multiple choice test that focuses on the course concepts we discussed during weeks 1 through 6.  It must be completed in one sitting.  You must select an answer for each question to move the test forward and you cannot go back and forth between questions.  Total test time is 75 minutes but the questions are taken from our discussion boards and weekly quizzes and you probably will be able to complete it before that time. Read each question that has been taken from our weekly quizzes and discussion board.  Choose the best response and then hit the submit button to move the test forward.  Make sure you choose one answer for each question.  Do not leave any question unanswered because you will not be able to go back to a prior question once you move the test forward. Take your time and remember our discussions.  You will do just fine.

Our authors tell us that effective diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) management begins by understanding each concept. Diversity is the presence of differences among a group of people.  Equity exists when employees perceive that they receive fair and unbiased treatment in their organizations. Inclusion is the ultimate goal of DEI. From a social group perspective, inclusion represents the extent to which employees feel a sense of ___________ and _______________.
