This question reflects the online MAT 201/202 course for educators that we offer.  Though you do not need an education background for the question below, part of this course is preparing you for the full menu of online math courses offered at UMary.  The question is highly reflective and to receive the full 5 points you must have these elements in your response: 1 Point – Answer the entire question and any mini-questions within the question 1 Point – Grammar 3 Points – Provide 3 references that support your overall response from your personal experience, other courses you are taking, what you’ve learned in this course, etc.  To show you are using a reference, you do NOT need to cite the reference, simply write something like, “In my personal experience…” or “At my job…” or “In my philosophy class…”  Having three phrases like this in your response will ensure you get these 3 Points for this question.
