    A 48 year old woman presents to your office for examination because she had “severe” abdominal pain yesterday.  Just when she was about to go to the emergency, the pain completely resolved.  She reports that the pain started abruptly and lasted about 90 minutes.  She denies that she had any associated symptoms of nausea, vomiting, fever, or malaise.  She says the pain was about a 8/10 on a pain scale.  On exam today: T- 98.2ºF; BP- 118/66; Pulse- 78 bpm; Respiratory rate- 18/min.  She does not have abdominal guarding and has a negative Murphy’s sign.  Her most likely diagnosis is:
