An 88 y/o female is admitted to ICU for treatment of pneumonia.  Her past medical history is significant for a myocardial infarction 5 years ago.  She is referred to PT for ROM, bed mobility and pre-gait activities on day 3 when the PT did the eval.  On day 4 the PTA reviews the record and finds the following data: Cholesterol at 220 mg/dl, RR is 22, HR is 92, O2 Saturation at 88%, BP is 142/89, Wt. is 130 lbs.
