Written Response Question: Both Victor and the creature participate in two types of education: self-teaching and modeled teaching Self-teaching is when you learn something completely on your own (through reading, experimenting, etc), without anyone to show you what to do or guide your process. Modeled teaching is formal education, or learning by observing others as they do the thing you want to know how to do.  What appears to be Mary Shelley’s opinion on these ideas based on the experiences of both characters?
