Considered a part of Freedom of Speech, Wal-Mart has the right to spend money to support or oppose a candidate for President of the US.  What type of speech is this?

   This means that a party must have suffered a legal injury and have a sufficient “stake” in the controversy.

Using this concept, the Supreme Court decided to overturn a Texas law stating that women could not obtain an abortion legally.  What is concept that allows the Supreme Court to overturn a state law and rule it unconstitutional?

 This clause in the US Constitution states that the government cannot force people to do something against their religion.  Employers must reasonably accommodate sincerely held beliefs.

 This approach to ethical reasoning is premised on the belief that humans are different from objects & should be treated differently. They have the capacity to reason & act rationally.

This school of law contends that the laws apply only to the citizens of that nation at that time. Laws are not universal & rights exist only because of law. Whether a law is “good” or “bad” is irrelevant.
