She has been noticing pain referring down her R UE into her thumb with associated N&T in the same area.  Aggravating Factors: Work (sitting at a desk) with pain up to 8/10 that takes the next morning to calm back down to 2/10 baseline, Turning head to the R (5/10 immediate pain) that takes 5 minutes to calm down.
