REMOTE TESTING CONSENT    As a student at Wallace State Community College, I understand that I will take some tests/exams remotely. With respect to any tests/exams I take remotely, I do hereby voluntarily and under no duress, consent to the following: The installation of a plug-in on the computer I will use to take the test/exam. A scan of the computer I will use to take the test/exam for open apps, tabs, hardware, devices, etc. Allowing remote access by the proctor to the computer I will use to take the test/exam to address security and/or technical issues. Displaying a valid photo ID of myself. Allowing a video scan of the room I will take the test/exam in and a scan of the testing surface/desk. Being video and audio recorded while taking the test/exam by way of the webcam on the computer I will use to take the test/exam. Having the screen on the computer I will use to take the test/exam recoded during the test/exam.
