  Question 2 – Spreadsheets [20] To understand how well athletes performed during these olympics, it’s a good idea to take a look at records from the past 20 years and compare the best times.A spreadsheet with a summary of the records has been created.  Open the 2_Swimming Records.xlsx spreadsheet and work in the Female Records worksheet. 2.1 Merge cells A1 to E1 and center the heading in this new cell. (1) 2.2 Column A contains number values used to indicate “Position” sorted from large to small. For this worksheet to make more sense, sort this column from small to large.   *Remember to include all relevant data when sorting.*Position 1 and the info for Yuliya Efimova should display in row 3. (3) 2.3 Add a function in cell H3 to count how many swimmers have been included in this list.  *Don’t simply enter 13 as the answer, marks are allocated for the correct use of a function. (2) 2.4 Some information is missing from column E. Make use of a function in cell H4 to count how many venue names have not been added. (2) 2.5 Determine how many records were set in Manchester, United Kingdom by entering a specific counting function in cell H5. *Cell I5 can be used as reference in your function. (3) 2.6 To find out which number is in the middle (Median) of the list of positions (Column A), add a function to cell H6 that will provide you with the correct answer. *Don’t simply enter 7 as the answer, marks are allocated for the correct use of a function. (2) 2.7 The date on which the spreadsheet is viewed needs to be displayed in cell H7.  Add a function in this cell to display the current date (it will need to update automatically) (1) 2.8 If a lucky winner needs to be chosen according to a draw from the Position data in column A, add a function in cell H8 to generate a  random number from the available list of numbers. (2) 2.9 Make the following changes to the worksheet tabs: Delete the sheet named ALL TIME RECORDS  Rename SHEET 2 to “MALE RECORDS” Move the FEMALE RECORDS-worksheet to display in the first position. Change the colours of both tabs to any 2 colours of your choosing. (4) Save the 2_Swimming Records.xlsx spreadsheet and close it DO NOT save as .pdf file.   This file would need to be uploaded in the UPLOAD quiz after this quiz has been completed/time has run out.
