The screenshot below shows a subset of a data set of 263 patients at a local hospital. Variables include gender, age, whether the patient has heart disease or hypertension, whether they have suffered a stroke, their type of work and residence, average glucose level, BMI, smoking status, and the number of times they have visited the hospital’s Emergency Department (ED) in the past 12 months. What formula would return the total ED visits in the last 12 months for children?

Gerald created the PivotTable below that summarizes total the Total ED Visits in the past 12 months by smoking status and residence type. Instead of the integer values shown here, Gerald would like the PivotTable to show what percent of the ED visits were for rural patients vs. urban patients for each smoking status. How could he accomplish this?

The screenshot below shows a subset of a data set of 263 patients at a local hospital. Variables include gender, age, whether the patient has heart disease or hypertension, whether they have suffered a stroke, their type of work and residence, average glucose level, BMI, smoking status, and the number of times they have visited the hospital’s Emergency Department (ED) in the past 12 months. David needs to create a summary that shows the number of patients seen by Work Type and Smoking Status. He creates a PivotTable, places Work Type in the Columns area, Smoking Status in the Rows area, and Heart Disease? in the Values area. Will this result the summary he needs?
