Important Exam Guidelines I understand that unforeseen situations can arise, especially with small children. However, for adults or older children who might unintentionally assist during an exam, I must enforce strict guidelines. If something unexpected occurs, please explain the situation in your video during the exam and also send me a message through Pronto to keep me informed after your exam. Point Deduction Guidelines Using unauthorized electronic devices (except approved accessibility equipment): -100 points (resulting in a score of ZERO) You must show in the camera where your cellphone is at/turn off during room scan as shown in the video Not completing a full 360-degree room scan (including using a mirror to show your table and computer screen; see video below for reference): -100 points (ZERO) Leaving the room during the exam: -50 points “Save and Close” during the exam: -100 points (ZERO) Using notes during the exam: -100 points (ZERO) Camera not properly positioned (sideways, different angle, or not facing you): -100 points (ZERO) Intentionally moving out of frame: -50 points Only part of your face is visible (Tip: Ensure your camera is positioned so your face remains fully visible, even if you slouch): -100 points (ZERO) Taking the exam on a bed instead of at a table: -10 points Someone entering the room during the exam (exceptions for small children): -5 points Watching TV, listening to music, or being in a noisy environment during the exam: -100 points (ZERO) Reading the exam questions aloud without permission: -100 points (ZERO) https://www.youtube.com/embed/WBeh3ZSQptw
