For each cause of action available to Jordan that you identified in Question 1, and using the elements or requirements of each cause of action that you identified in Question 2, apply the law to the facts.  You should identify relevant facts for each cause of action and describe how the elements/requirements of the cause of action are or are not satisfied.  At the end of your analysis of each cause of action, indicate whether the defendant is likely to be found liable.  Separate each cause of action by 1, 2, etc., as you did in question 2.
