Patient presents with rapid onset of of cough, pleuritic chest pain, and dyspnea. Associated symptoms include productive cough, fever, and right lower quadrant pain. On examination: Fever, tachypnea, flaring of alae nasi, and shallow breathing is observed. Increased tactile fremitus is palpated. Dullness to percussion noted in right lower lobe. Egophony, bronchophony and whispered pectoriloquy present with crackles and rhonchi upon auscultation.What is the most likely diagnosis?
