The Carlson MBA started off by being a full-time program before expanding to include a part-time program by offering the same classes just at a different time. A few years later they expanded again by offering an Executive MBA with classes covering similar topics but where class content changed to make it more relevant for senior managers. More recently, the MBA Program developed an Online MBA program where the regular MBA course material was recorded and made accessible through the internet. The goal of this program is three-fold. First, to attract more students by offering a more flexible option where the students could engage with the material at their convenience during the week. Second, to remove geographic barriers so that people can enroll in the program from (almost) anywhere in the world. As an instructor in the online program, I am often unaware of where the student is and do not make any adjustments in the material or delivery to accommodate those logging in from other countries. Third, to leverage the value created by the course professor by spreading the costs associated with the development of subject matter expertise and the time / effort put into each class session across more students. Question What Corporate-level strategies are presented in the above evolution of the Carlson MBA program. Please be specific and explain your answer for full credit.
